Thanachai Ujjin or better known as Pod Modern Dog to his immense Thai and international fans, art has always been engraved in everything he does from singing, composing, photography, album cover designs, and clothing designs. The artist formed a band “Modern Dog” and after attaining the title of Thailand Champion at the Coke Music Awards in 1992, the band was signed with Bakery Music record label and recorded six widely known albums since then.
Pod Modern Dog came to be intrigued with Abstract Art where emotions and colors are limitless. His abstract pieces are in every room of the Abstract Art Floor at Art Mai? Gallery Hotel reflects his sense of liveliness and fun energy that are different through each of his artworks. His Artist Signature Room was designed to reflect his ideal bedroom in the theme of “Less is More” where two of his abstract paintings are the main focal point above the king-size bed and the rest of the room gives a lot of space to breathe and take in the scenery of the Nimman Road through the large extensive frames of windows.
